You have been full of surprises that no one expected. Each day, week, month something new. New sicknesses. New protests. New deaths. Left and right political opinions everywhere we look. Masks mandatory wherever we go.

Plans canceled. Quarantine? A normality. 2020, we were excited to see what you would hold, but the year has been harsh.

But in reality, amidst the chaos, thank you 2020.

You have put our world in perspective. We see how broken it is. BUT there is so much hope. There is a living God who transforms lives and brings love and peace to our situations. Jesus is alive, in full control of every minute, and working all things for the good of His glory.

This world is broken but Jesus is so much bigger than it. Trusting in His plan allows for so much peace in life amongst the constant chaos in the world. So thank you 2020 for the realization. And thank you Jesus for the hope you give.
